The Y' any' a Lac' as E-Bike Program supports men who qualify and face significant transportation barriers that limit their ability to maintain employment, attend school, and meet required appointments. Eligible participants are provided access to an electric bicycle to ensure reliable transportation to and from work, educational programs, treatment, court obligations, and other essential services. By removing transportation as a barrier, the program promotes accountability, consistency, and independence while supporting successful community reentry and long-term stability.
